1. No General Returns

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We request that you inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To expedite resolution, kindly provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review your request and take the appropriate steps to resolve the matter, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item and it qualifies for a return, we will process the return based on our assessment and issue either a replacement or a refund. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order separately after the return has been processed. Exchange or replacement will be delivered with in 5 to 10 business days

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

In cases where refunds are approved, we will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
