- Shipping: Free on orders above ₹1000. ₹70 shipping charges applicable on orders below ₹1000.
- Processing Time: Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days.
- Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
- Shipping Coverage: We currently deliver across 500+ cities in India through trusted courier partners.
- Order Tracking: You will receive tracking details via email as soon as your order is shipped.
- Multiple Shipments: Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages based on warehouse availability.
- Packaging Concerns: If you receive a package that is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with your order ID.
- Delays & Refunds: In the rare case that an item cannot be shipped within 7 working days, we will cancel that part of your order and initiate a full refund.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds typically reflect in your account within 7–15 working days, based on your payment method and bank.
- Tax Invoice: As per Indian tax laws, all shipments include a printed invoice, even for gift orders.
